EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner
• Responsible for managing and leading the end to end Talent Acquisition process for Customer Solutions, Financial Services, Risk, HR and Merchant Integration at PayPal.
• Partnering with hiring managers to source top talent
• Liaising with global headcount Manager’s and capacity planning to plan for current and future Talent needs.
• Communicate with Talent Acquisition team mates regarding agreed timelines for current and future requisitions.
• Liaise with Training function to communicate new hire class details and numbers to organise relevant Induction dates
• Responsible for managing the end to end internal recruitment process.
• Utilizing and developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high quality applications from a wide range of sources – both locally and internationally where required.
• Analyze trends, results and effectiveness of recruiting sourcing strategies and recommend areas for change/improvement

• Global MyHR Transformation: Leading Talent Acquisition process for Sourcing and Hiring Talent for the EMEA MyHR Organisation
• Emerging markets: Solely responsible for partnering with Hiring Managers to source and hire Isreal Team Mates
