Based in Galway, Ireland, I have been part of the support team for SAP Business BYDesign for the last 6 years
I am involved in the design support processes, and a new CRM tool.
The core business of my activity is to provide solution to Customer issues related to the Financial Business Area. Acting as a single point of contact between Customers and SAP. My job involves business trips worldwide, including Germany China and India. I also been recently appointed to perform as an escalation manager handling critical customer issues and support advocate for numerous customer.

I had the chance to participate to the complete lifecycle of product development & launch. Initially, I was actively involved in the set up process of the complete support organization including process designing and beta testing on a complete new CRM tool.
Qualified as SAP Business ByDesign Expert Support Consultant. my daily tasks consist of handling support requests, doing root cause analysis in Financials and liaise with development when necessary and dealing with escalation when required as escalation manager.
I am also involved in beta testing for future software releases and several internal and customer oriented projects.

Providing in-house training to the newcomers. Dealing with industry standards in regards to hardware, software and network administration. Representative providing support on software edited by the society and on PC and network’s issues. My task was involved handling support inbound calls via email and phone requiring troubleshooting and if necessary by remotely supporting customers by establishing remote sessions via PC Anywhere to troubleshoot remotely issues at hand.
Construction from scratch and administration of the Company CRM database based on MS Access: Creation of the different forms and Tables, following a crossing dynamic update of the table using the concept of linked table. Recorded informations are updated automatically if modified in the different table. The user has just to fill or modified in the forms in saves it. The database contains more than 20000 references when I left the company.
