I am responsible for the management of 4 sales representatives and for the increase of the turnover in France and in Italy.
I have to monitor the activiry of a wholesaler in Italy and I also contributed to the launch of new products in this market thanks to a strong collaboration with the buyers of Adeo Group.

2010 - 2011

I was responsible for the selection of suitable candidates for the opened job positions we followed.
I also enhanced the portfolio of customers by doing strong outbound calling activity.
I was also in charge of screening CV and i planned and interviewed 15 candidates a week.
I followed the recruitment of candidates for big companies as Samsung, Boston, Netgear and other medium sized firms.

2009 - 2010

I was responsible for the increase of the turnover (from 200 000€ to 520 000 in 12months).
I dealed with the buyers of Leroy Merlin, Bricocenter, Auchan, Botanic Iperceramica...
I planned the promotional events for the year with each of our costumers.
I also had to implement the 110 stores all over the country.
