o Conducted Marketing Researches, product & feedback analysis. Developed online advertising: Search Engine tools and online communities.
o Worked on the web 2.0 aspect of the website by creating and implementing a new community of wine lovers. Also renewed a range of products from the product type to the advertising plan.
o Sharp increase in sales accompanied by a notable decline in customer complaints and product returns. The new revenue and improved customer service was a direct result of the plans developed.
