Project Manager
*Understanding the incentive programme as part of a global communication plan for a company (in business management to motivate employees and in sales to retain customers)and replying to client requests; meeting all deadlines
*Designing a creative incentive programme to match client’s concept and budget.
*Taking care of confirmed business: responsible of organising the concrete programme dealing and negotiating with suppliers (including on site-management).
*Satisfying management's objectives, working closely with accounting department
*Creating the events division in coordination with the owner of the Talbot Gallery: developing a concept, designing an identity both structural and visual
*Planning a year of creative cultural and social events in Talbot Gallery, targeting a wide public such as families, children, students, arts and culture lovers…
*Budgeting the projects and negotiating sponsorship
*Planning and managing communication (press release, blog, ezine, internet, posters, flyers, mailing…) and PR.
*Organising the events including on-site coordination.
Past events: Kids Art Camps, Ilustration & Storytelling, Poetry night, Halloween movie sreening, Series of World Breakfasts with enternainement (Indian, Spanish, Frenc, Polish, Brasilian)…
